Joshua Fry, Esq. is a member of the Arizona, New York and Pennsylvania State Bar. Josh has represented hundreds of clients across California, New York, Arizona and Pennsylvania.  He has extensive litigation and trial experience in Juvenile Law, Criminal Law, and Family Law. Josh represents children, biological parents, foster parents, and grandparents in Juvenile Dependency, Severance actions, and Adoptions.

Josh grew up Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, went to college at Virginia Tech, worked as a Paralegal at a law firm in New York City while studying for the LSAT, then went to law school in San Francisco. After graduating law school with a certification in litigation, Josh moved to Arizona and worked for the Office of the Public Advocate and Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community representing adults and children in dependency and severance cases. In 2018, Josh decided to take the jump into private practice and achieve his lifelong goal of starting his own firm. Josh takes pride in his trial advocacy skills and is comfortable and confident in the courtroom.

Outside of the courtroom, Josh has a passion for aviation.  He has his private pilot’s license and has been flying planes since he was 16 years old.  Josh is a huge college football fan (Go Hokies) and enjoys traveling anywhere and everywhere. Josh has been to 47 states and 33 countries.
